Mother forged the deal to have Bob's Karaoke group perform last Saturday at the Terrace. It was a hit, with about 3/4 of the residents attending. Rod sings like Elvis and Ricky Nelson, Chet sounds just like Johnny Cash, Richard sounds good, like himself, and Bob is close to a Jim Reeves clone.
What was great was the number of people singing along, and to lots of songs I didn't recognize!
Ron, who lives at the Terrace, sang Frank Sinatra, and BLEW US AWAY! Here Ron comes, arms going two ways and his feet six other ways. I am thinking, "Oh dear, the poor guy!" He asks for a chair, and starts to sing "My Way." Astounding!
Afterward Bob, Joyce, Chet and Jean, and Jerry and I went to eat. Chet and Jean shared some amazingly spiritual experiences they had with us. There is light and goodness in our world.

Oh my gosh!! YOUR mother really forged that deal? What a woman!
I’m glad you had a wonderful mother’s day, you did well as a mother and deserve to be honored. I’m lucky to have you as a friend and wish to emulate your gracefulness.
Love you lots!!
