I had a great idea.
Costco was advertising beautiful Mother's Day bouquets and I ordered one to be delivered by Friday. Mother called all excited. Then she called saying the huge rose buds were very droopy. The next day she called to say that other leaves and flowers were looking rather BAD. I checked the tracking. These flowers came all the way from Bogata, Columbia!!! The good news: full refund and Jerry and I did some revamping of the bouquet to make it look better. (The photo is before our efforts, btw!)
Jessica called me last night to see how I liked my bouquet. What!?!?! After we returned from "The Love of Three Oranges" there was the box. Luckily the roses were okay. Whew!
All my girls called. I have a gift card to buy a new book for my Kindle, roses, chocolates and a very cute homemade card.
