It suddenly dawned on me that since I like to send newsy news to many friends and family that a blog may not be such a bad idea. I can write anywhere I can log on Blogger. I can add photos and music. I can make a digital record of us. I can invite friends and family to subscribe/bookmark without forgetting someone. Well, I could create an email group, but I haven't....
For friends there are advantages also. Their email boxes are not loaded with "stuff" from Joan that will have to be occasionally trashed. They only have to read the blog if they are wondering "what the heck is going on with Joan and Jerry?" When they remember that I am blogging, they can click on the bookmarked feed and discover the amazing happenings in our lives.
We have friends who blog and I enjoy their stories. I hope you will enjoy some of ours! Warning: Jer is not a blogger yet. We will have great fanfare and drum rolls when he contributes.
